If you pre-ordered “Adios, Mofo: Why Rick Perry will make America miss George W. Bush” on Amazon, you already knew that James Moore and I were skipping the regular publishing route and putting it out ourselves soon. At first you’ll be able to download it to your e-reader, and soon thereafter you’ll be able to buy a paperback. Our publisher couldn’t get “Adios, Mofo” out till January 17. No guarantee Perry will still be around then, so we made the choice to put it out ourselves. And according to this morning’s FWST, we’ll have the only Perry book out there.
